TAMIKA DISMUKES
FULL-TIME STAR |
Tamika is a full time Medical Assistance at Mercy Primary
Care Center (MPCC). Beyond that she does so much more
- she is the proud mother of two sons and currently
attends Wayne Community College pursuing a degree in
Nursing. Tamika’s co-workers at Mercy Primary
Care are so inspired by her being able to balance being
a Mom, a student and having a full time job.
Since joining MPCC in 2006, one of Tamika’s primary
responsibilities has been “Tracking”. Tracking
consists of managing the labs and radiology results
of MPCC patients, which allows the providers at MPCC
to help manage their patients’ medical needs.
The same balance she shows to manage all the aspects
of her life, she brings it to this process. Her faithfulness
and determination helps get the providers the information
that they need to give Mercy Primary Care patients the
care that they need in a timely manner.
Tamika has expressed from time to time how she enjoys
working here at Mercy Primary Care Center and those
that work with her enjoy having her on the team. Tamika
has a kind and radiant smile. Her personality brings
joy to the patients as well as the co-workers. Tamika
is a sweet and caring person who is genuinely concerned
about our patients. Tamika is very kindhearted person
with a good spirit. She’s always willing to lend
a hand when needed. She’s not only a co-worker,
but she’s also a friend.
Those that work with her say, “It has been a
pleasure to watch Tamika grow over the past year. She
is a mature professional, who sets goals and works hard
to attain them.”
Tamika is truly a “Full-Time Star”.
